How I Do It
When your product is ready, it will be sent out via the agreed upon courier. I will send you any tracking information so you can keep up with when your product will arrive. Your products are packaged with care so they arrive safely. If for any reason there is an issue with your product due to shipping, please contact us immediately.

Due to many of our product being made to order, we generally do not offer a refund. However, if there is any issues with your product please let us know immediately so we can see what can be done about the issue.
